UNFI Canada hosted its fourth annual Vendor Summit last week.
Hosted at the Novotel Hotel in Vaughan, Ont., the event brought together more than 225 vendors and brokers, both in-person and online.
The half-day session featured three focused segments, with speakers including Stacey Sousa and Sheri Evans of Sobeys, Chad Coldwell of Loblaws, Nick Gibson of NielsenIQ, Allen Langdon from Circular Materials, Michelle Vida of GS1 Canada and Shaun McKenna from The Grocery Foundation.
It was hosted by Melinda Zoccoli, VP of supplier services and marketing, and Ali Davies, VP of sales.
"We’re excited by the strong turnout and the quality of the discussions this year," Zoccoli said in a release. "The Vendor Summit is an important platform for fostering partnerships to provide a seamless experience and actionable insights to help them grow their brands with UNFI’s retailer network.”
