Zavida Coffee Company promotes Ross Tverdostup and Vipin Chandra

Zavida Coffee Company has made two promotions. 

Ross Tverdostup is elevated to vice-president of operations and Vipin Chandra is now director, engineering, maintenance and reliability. 

Tverdostup joined the company in May 2022 as plant manager. In January 2024, he was promoted to director of operations. 

“Under his leadership, the team has significantly reduced production waste, improved efficiency and implemented more streamlined and scalable operational processes while modernizing our operations by identifying and successfully integrating new areas of improvement to enhance production capabilities,” Zavida Coffee Company said in a statement. “His strategic mindset, strong leadership, and commitment to operational excellence have been instrumental in driving measurable results and positioning the company for continued growth.”

Chandra, meanwhile, will continue to lead Zavida Coffee Company's engineering, maintenance and reliability functions while expanding his responsibilities to include a greater focus on continuous improvement initiatives and business continuity planning. 

He joined Zavida Coffee Company in February 2024 as senior manager of engineering and maintenance. 

“This expanded scope reflects Vipin's ability to drive strategic improvements while ensuring the reliability and performance of our operations,” Zavida Coffee Company said.
