Another Loblaw Companies grocery banner has announced plans to lower prices on a swath of products.

Ontario supermarket chain Zehrs is reducing prices on more than 3,000 grocery and fresh products across 10 stores in Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge.

On Thursday (Sept. 3), Loblaw’s Real Atlantic Superstore said it had lowered prices on over 4,000 grocery and household products including fresh produce, meat, frozen foods, pantry staples, health and beauty products and household essentials.

“For me, what makes this especially meaningful is that we’re delivering better value while continuing to offer the fresh food, quality and service our customers know us for,” Frank Raso, vice-president of operations for Loblaws and Zehrs, said in a LinkedIn post.
