Zoglo’s welcomes Pino Di Cerbo as chief culinary officer

Zoglo's Incredible Food Corp. has hired Pino Di Cerbo as its chief culinary officer to develop and design recipes for the company’s plant-based food products, according to a press release.

Di Cerbo has spent parts of his career working as a nutrition advocate, teaching cooking classes and running his own high-end private chef business, Pino Di Cerbo Cucina Rustica.

Di Cerbo is also the winner of the MasterChef Canada Holiday and All-Star: Family Edition television specials.

“With Zoglo's products, I have the option to put food that is delicious, healthy and environmentally-friendly on the dining table within minutes from the freezer," said Di Cerbo in the release.

"I am excited to build something that is bigger than just food and delivers on Zoglo's mission of inspiring sustainable practices and making the world a better place, one plant-based meal at a time," he added.

Zoglo's is a plant-based food company based in Toronto that offers a range of appetizers, veggies and meat substitutes, which are available at Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Sobeys and Loblaws.
