Corby Spirit and Wine names new vice-president of marketing

Caroline Begley is returning to Canada.

After serving as vice-president of marketing for wine and champagne at Pernod Ricard USA in New York City, Begley is joining Corby Spirit and Wine in Toronto. (Corby has the exclusive rights to represent Pernod Ricard's brands in Canada.)

In her new role as vice-president of marketing , Begley will work on Corby-owned brands including J.P. Wiser's, Ungava and Polar Ice. Begley has also been tasked with growing Canadian market share of Pernod Ricard brands such as Absolut Vodka, Jameson Irish Whiskey and Havana Club Rum.

"It's exciting to join a team with such a broad portfolio and scope," said Begley, in a press release. "Corby has a long history of making great Canadian whiskies and building authentic relationships with its Canadian consumers. I am looking forward to working on accelerating the footprint of the whole spirits and wines portfolio."
