Ferrero Canada names new VP sales
Ferrero Canada has promoted BJ Hamilton from senior sales director, national accounts to vice-president of sales to oversee "customer business teams, category management, shoppers marketing and the retail selling organization," according to a press release.
Hamilton brings more than two decades of retail sales experience to his new role, having held positions at both Ferrero Canada and Campbell Company of Canada. In his most recent role, Hamilton was charged with building and growing Ferrero brands with retailers across Canada.
"BJ has a strong record of delivering exceptional business results and building collaborative business relationships,” said Rudy Sequeira, managing director, Ferrero Canada in a release. “He brings a strong focus on performance, driving year-over-year growth with our key customers.”
Hamilton replaces Fabio Romano, who will work on the company's North American business in the U.S. Romano has been with the company for 17 years and served as vice-president of sales for the last seven years.
"Fabio has been a strong, trusted leader with our customers and with our people," said Sequeira. "This opportunity is a testament to his leadership and his drive for results."
