FreshCo opens first store on Vancouver Island

FreshCo marked a major milestone in Western Canada last week.
On June 18, the Empire Company discount chain opened its first store on Vancouver Island.
Located at 2945 Jacklin Rd #200 in Langford, FreshCo’s newest location promises to deliver quality and value with a selection of well-loved brands and a product assortment serving the community.

Customers will also find weekly deals and Scene+ promotions.
The store’s team of 80 employees are led by operator Eli Chapple.
As part of the opening celebrations, FreshCo donated $2,500 to the Goldstream Food Bank.
FreshCo now counts 162 stores across Canada and 54 in Western Canada.
