The Grocery Foundation announces two new board members

The Grocery Foundation announced the appointment of Deb Craven, president, Longo Brothers Fruit Markets (Longo's), and Chandra Kumar, president and CEO, Nestlé Canada, to its board of directors. 

Craven joined Longo’s in 2019 as chief financial officer, later became chief operating officer and now president. She is the the first woman and non-Longo family member to hold the role. Prior to joining Longo's, she held roles at Nike Canada, Purolator Inc., Mark’s, Sport Chek and more.

Kumar brings more than 27 years of experience within Nestlé to his new role, including roles in general management, marketing and finance, across such markets as the U.S., Canada, Poland, Brazil and Switzerland.
