Mars Petcare Canada adds to its leadership team

Mars Petcare Canada has added Mike Martinello and Fawad Farrukh to its leadership team. Both have already started their new roles with the company.

Martinello, who has been with Mars since 2013, has stepped into the VP sales role. Prior to Mars, Martinello held roles at Imperial Tobacco Canada, Konica Minolta Business Solutions and Staples.

Meanwhile, Farrukh has joined Mars Petcare Canada as head of marketing from General Mills, where he was the business unit director for cereal, e-commerce and venture capital.

Both Martinello and Farrukh report to general manager Suzanna Dalrymple.
