Mondelēz International fills global HR role
Mondelēz International has appointed Stephanie Lilak to the position of executive vice-president and chief people officer, effective January 15.
According to a press release, Lilak will be responsible for oversight of the company’s human resources function globally, including talent management, leadership and capability development, employee relations, as well as diversity, equity and inclusion.
Lilak will report to Dirk Van de Put, chairman and chief executive officer, and will be a member of the Mondelēz International Leadership Team. She replaces Paulette Alviti, who will retire in April following a transition period.
“Having a winning growth culture, anchored by engaged talent, future-focused capabilities and diversity, equity and inclusion, is an absolutely critical part of our current and future success as an organization,” said Van de Put. “I am excited for Stephanie’s leadership as a champion of our people and culture.”
Lilak developed her career at General Mills, spending 23 years in human resources leadership roles including sales, operations and international positions. She was most recently with Bumble.
