Oh Henry! hopes to cure Canadians’ cravings with a cheeky new interactive activation.

The candy bar brand is bringing its “Grumble-Activated Vending Machine” to Toronto and Montreal this September.

To activate the vending machine and receive a complimentary Oh Henry! bar, visitors need only “unleash their best stomach grumble.”

The vending machine will stop at Toronto's Union Station from Sept. 1 to 3 before heading to Montréal's Gare Centrale from Sept. 9 to 11.

"As ‘Canada's #1 Hunger Bar,’ Oh Henry! has long been helping Canadians take on hunger whenever it strikes," said Sana Goguen, marketing director at Hershey Canada, in a press release. "With our Grumble-Activated Vending Machine, we're turning those unmistakable stomach grumbles into something memorable and rewarding. It's a playful reminder that an Oh Henry! is the answer when hunger calls.”

The experience is part of a broader integrated campaign supported by paid media and paid influencer content.
