Rogers Sugar Inc. has reached a tentative agreement with the union representing workers at its Vancouver refinery after a four-month strike.

The agreement is subject to a ratification vote that will be held next week.

The Vancouver refinery, operated by Rogers Sugar subsidiary Lantic, employs some 140 unionized workers who have been on strike since Sep. 28.
