Save-On-Foods is B.C.'s Most Loved Brand for 2021
British Columbia’s consumers have spoken and once again they’ve named Save-On-Foods as their “Most Loved Brand.”
The Western Canadian grocery chain nabbed the top spot in BC Business magazine’s annual ranking of the province’s most loved brands for the second straight year. BC Business teamed up with the researchers at Ipsos and surveyed more than 1,400 adults in British Columbians about businesses that are B.C-based and/or led on 47 different attributes. In 2021, the survey also included questions on how businesses responded to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“It’s such an honour to be named B.C.’s Most Loved Brand for 2021 by our customers,” said Save-on-Foods president Darrell Jones in a release. “This company has a long history of going the extra mile for its customers and communities and we have had more opportunities than ever to do that in the last year. I am so proud of the Save-On-Foods team and I can’t thank them enough for their outstanding commitment to the people who are counting on them. Congratulations to all the other excellent companies on the list of B.C.’s Most Loved Brands.”
Other companies making the list of B.C.’s Most Loved Brands include retailer London Drugs, which ranked No. 2. while food companies A&W, Purdy’s and restaurant chain White Spot ranked No. 4, No. 8 and No. 9 respectively. SunRype,The Keg, Dollar Tree and Pharmasave also ranked in the list’s top 20.
