Canadian Grocer's Thought Leadership CEO Conference is less than a week away and tickets are nearly sold out!

We have a stellar lineup this year including a panel discussion with Walmart Canada’s Lee Tappenden, Empire’s Michael Medline, Kruger’s Dino Bianco and Hain-Celestial Canada's Beena Goldenberg.

And, Nations Fresh Food's senior vice-president Frank Ho will be sitting down with CFIG's Tom Barlow to discuss the importance of the in-store experience, and more.

Held at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel in Toronto on Nov. 19, the event will also include a research presentation from Carman Allison, vice-president of consumer insights at Nielsen.

The conference will be followed by the Golden Pencil Awards, as well as the presentation of the Generation Next Award, launched by Canadian Grocer to recognize the up-and-coming innovative leaders in the grocery and consumer packaged goods industries.

This year’s recipients of the Golden Pencil Award are Mary Dalimonte, former senior vice-president of merchandising and commercial programs at Sobeys, and Tom Gunter, former executive vice-president and general manager at Fiera Foods Company.
