Vicki MacDonald named head of Illy Canada

Vicki MacDonald has been tapped to head Italian coffee brand Illy’s Canadian business. 

MacDonald was formerly director of sales and marketing, Canada. She joined the company in 2019 as Canadian division manager. 

In her new role, she will continue to have full accountability for the Canadian market, with a mandate to accelerate expansion while further developing Illy’s team, enhancing go-to-market execution and ensuring the right structures and processes are in place to support scale and innovation.

“Vicki MacDonald has been instrumental in expanding the Illy Canadian business over the past several years, playing a central role in strengthening market presence, deepening customer and partner relationships and delivering consistent, profitable growth,” the company said in a statement.
