Who: Vince’s

What: The retail chain has received the CMHA York Region and South Simcoe Community Beacon of Light award.

The award was presented at an event recognizing not only CMHA employees and volunteers for their achievements, performance and commitment to the community, but also the contributions of local businesses who support the CMHA and serve as champions of mental health.

“The range of programs and services they provide is astounding,” said Giancarlo Trimarchi, managing partner at Vince’s, in a statement. “I am proud that Vince’s  was able to support this organization in 2022 and do a small part by providing  our Community Product Initiative funds to help ensure that valuable services are  available. You never know when someone is going to say ‘I need help,’ but we  know that the CMHA will be there when they do.”
