Waterloo Brewing fills CFO role
Waterloo Brewing has named Enida Zaimi as its new chief financial officer—a position left vacant last summer by the departure of David Birch.
Zaimi steps into the role Nov. 15 and has been tasked with overseeing accounting, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, investor relations and information technology.
Zaimi brings more than 20 years of experience to the role including senior-level finance roles with Ferrero Canada Limited, Ryder Integrated Logistics, Powerbev Inc. and, most recently, serving as CFO at Citron Hygiene LP.
In a press release, Waterloo Brewing president and CEO George Croft said Zaimi, with her finance and operation experience, would be a “tremendous asset” to the team and the business
"She is perfectly suited for this role, and we are excited to have her join Waterloo Brewing,” said Croft. “On behalf of our Board of Directors and all Waterloo Brewing employees, I'd like to welcome Enida to the organization.”
