Yumy Bear Candy hires new director of sales

Plant-based confectionery company Yumy Bear Candy has hired Jean-Paul Eleizegui as director of sales.

Formerly a key accounts manager with Nestlé, Eleizegui will work closely with Yumy Bear Candy’s leadership team to expand the company’s operations across Canada.

Eleizegui brings to the role more than two decades of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry. In addition to his time at Nestlé, he served as national director of sales at Huer Foods, which specializes in confectionery gummies.

"We are pleased to add Jean-Paul to the team. We are confident that his leadership, passion, and long-lasting industry relationships will be a significant asset to Yumy Bear,” said company CEO Erica Williams, in a press release.
