Zavida Coffee Company makes key promotions

Zavida Coffee Company has announced several promotions.

Mathieu Gadbois is promoted to senior vice-president of sales and marketing; Anne Ly is promoted to director of sales; and Adi Montas is now director of marketing and innovation.

Zavida said Gadbois’s contributions have played a key role in developing a high-performing sales and marketing team. 

In her new role, Ly will take on a greater leadership presence with the company’s larger-format retail customers while continuing to drive sales growth and strengthen partnerships across Canada.

Zavida said Montas will continue to “drive the growth, creativity, and success” of the company’s marketing and innovation efforts.  

Marc-André Vézina—who previously spent 13 years at Keurig Dr Pepper—stepped into the role of president on April 6.
