Concord National and Indigo Natural Products merge, announce new leadership

Concord National and Indigo Natural Products have merged and, in turn, announced a new leadership team.

Called Concord National LLP, the newly formed company will be led by president Tony Luongo, whose previous industry experience includes stints with Scott Paper and Canada Bread.

Lindsay Weatherdon, meanwhile, has been named executive vice-president. He will work with senior leadership to “delivery value to clients and customers across Canada,” according to a press release.

“The formation of this new corporate structure has been years in the making and is one that we are thrilled to finally announce publicly,” said Luongo in the release.

“In essence, we have carefully taken six separate corporate entities and management hierarchies and have strategically reorganized them to be more efficient and effective to reach the goals for the brands we work with,” he added.
