Dunnhumby’s Erich Kahner and Jim Prins to share insights at GroceryConnex
The speaker lineup for Canadian Grocer’s GroceryConnex conference keeps growing!
Dunnhumby’s Erich Kahner, global head of competitive strategy and insights, and Jim Prins, commercial director of Americas, will unpack consumer trends in their presentation “How to grow market share: Insights from dunnhumby's Retailer Preference Index.”
The company’s newest Retailer Preference Index (RPI) for the Canadian market helps retailers navigate the continuously evolving landscape by understanding what matters most to customers. By surveying more than 6,000 Canadian households about how customers think and feel about the largest 35+ grocery retailers, the RPI unveils what retailers are doing to win the preference of their customers.
Prins and Kahner will dive into the exclusive early insights from the study, revealing the levers for success, and an unvarnished look at why some retailers win and others don't.
Taking place Nov. 23 at The Fairmont Royal York in Toronto, GroceryConnex is the premier event for Canadian grocery executives, bringing retailers and manufacturers together to learn and explore innovative solutions that will shape the future of grocery.
Attendees will also hear from Douglas Porter, chief economist at BMO Capital Markets, and Carman Allison, vice-president of industry insights for NIQ Canada, as well as:
- Brian Bradley, president of B.C.-based Stong’s Market
- Deb Craven, president of Longo’s
