Campbell Soup Company named Luca Mignini senior vice-president and president of Campbell International, reporting to president and CEO Denise Morrison.

Mignini will oversee Campbell’s existing businesses in Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America, and will identify opportunities in new markets around the world, including emerging markets, said a release.

Mignini’s appointment is effective January 21, 2013.
