T&T Supermarket is continuing its expansion plans in 2022, with the opening of two stores in Western Canada.
By the end of the year, the Loblaw-owned specialty grocer will have new stores open in Northwest Calgary (Sage Hill community) and Coquitlam, B.C. These are in addition to store openings planned for Toronto at CF Fairview Mall and T&T's first store in Montreal this year, and bring T&T’s store count across Canada to 33.
The stores will offer a wide variety of Asian specialty products including fresh produce, meat, seafood, grocery items, and its own signature kitchen and bakery items.
"The opening of four new T&T locations over the next year is a testament to T&T's thriving business, as Canadians embrace new flavours and trends, while also seeking the traditional foods and comforts of home," said Robert Sawyer, chief operating officer, Loblaw Companies Limited.
Both the Sage Hill and Coquitlam stores will offer online grocery delivery and click and collect.
