BMO Capital Markets chief economist Douglas Porter to speak at GroceryConnex
Douglas Porter, chief economist at BMO Capital Markets, returns to Canadian Grocer’s GroceryConnex conference this November.
Porter joins the premier grocery event’s speaker lineup to discuss Canada’s economic outlook for 2027.
In his presentation, “Outlook 2027: The Good, The Bad and The USMCA,” Porter will delve into key headwinds and opportunities—and what they mean for the Canadian dollar, housing, and domestic markets and inflation, with a particular focus on food prices.
