Boursin to debut ski-thru pop-up in The Blue Mountains, Ont.
Boursin Canada is introducing its Boursin Après-Ski Thru, a chalet-inspired hillside post that invites guests to connect through food.
From Jan. 31 to Feb. 1, the Après-Ski Thru invites guests at Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario to ski-thru (or walk up) to the pop-up to receive a complimentary Boursin cheese plate.
The plates will feature a Boursin puck of cheese paired with seasonal vegetables, olives and charcuterie. Each board is served with hot apple cider or hot chocolate.

Visitors are also invited to the Boursin Après-Ski experience, which includes an outdoor lounge, fire pits, an immersive ski-lift and music by Elise Purson, a Toronto DJ and content creator.
"The Boursin brand has been built around bringing people together and the joy of sharing moments," says Marie-Ève Robert, vice-president of marketing & sustainable development at Groupe Bel, "Skiing, and inevitably après-ski, an essential part of Canadian culture, was the perfect opportunity to introduce Boursin and elevate the experience, creating a new 'Boursin moment' that resonates with the brand!"
