Do you know someone who should be recognized for their outstanding service or contribution to the grocery industry? Now’s your chance to nominate them for the prestigious Golden Pencil Awards.
The ideal candidate should be actively involved with the Canadian grocery industry for a minimum of 10 years, achieving senior executive status, and will have made significant and worthwhile contributions to the Canadian food industry, their respective companies and community.
Presented annually by the Food Industry Association of Canada since 1957, the 2022 Golden Pencil recipients were: Carmen Fortino, executive vice-president, national supply chain and procurement, Metro and Michel Manseau, senior vice president and general manager, consumer business Canada, Kruger Products.
