Chocolate concoctions

From chocolate-filled dumplings to chocolate-covered Pringles, creators are finding new ways to get their cocoa fix.

Yogurt treats

@twisted

It’s Friday night, what better time to jump on a viral trend Japan’s 2 ingredient yoghurt cheesecake had us curious… so @hugh jumped on it, but obviously we had to give it a Twisted twist. Is fro-yo making a comeback? TikTokers are devising new cold desserts with this high-protein dairy ingredient. Two recipes in particular have gone viral this year: yogurt tiramisu (made from yogurt, Lotus Biscoff cookies and coffee) and frozen fruit “clusters.”

Cottage cheese (yes, still)

@sameenmaali These were actually 10/10 and I will be remaking 🌮 cottage cheese tacos: • mix ½ cup cottage cheese + 1 egg white (tip: full fat cottage cheese works best) • spread into 2 small circles and add any spices you’d like → bake at 400 for 20-25 min • add runny eggs, avocado, chives, hot sauce or whatever toppings you’d like #highproteinmeals #breakfastideas #healthyrecipe #cottagecheese #asmrcooking ♬ Night of Arará II - Miki Ikhifa & Nubalix

No, the cottage cheese craze isn’t over. (Its popularity on social media is even leading to shortages in grocery stores!) And it continues to take…creative…forms, from baked goods to dips and pasta sauce.
