PepsiCo Foods Canada shuffles executive team

Company makes several key appointments

PepsiCo Foods Canada has made several changes to its senior leadership team.

Lance Wade (formerly general manager for Quaker Canada) is appointed to the role of vice president, customer development, reporting to Rachel Ferdinando, president of PepsiCo Foods Canada.

Wade is a 20-year veteran at the organization and has held several roles across its foods and beverages businesses in a variety of sales and customer development positions. 

Mike Lust (formerly VP of customer development) assumes the new role of vice president, growth office, where he will be responsible for building and commercializing the company’s growth strategy, team and transformation agenda. 

Finally, Rena Nickerson joins the company as general manager for Quaker Canada, reporting to Ferdinando. Nickerson has led the SodaStream Canada team as the general manager for the past seven years.
