Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton fronts S.Pellegrino’s ‘Dinner Dialogues’
Italian sparkling water brand S.Pellegrino’s new global brand platform sees Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton have an unscripted heart-to-heart with childhood friends.
The “Dinner Dialogues” campaign positions the brand’s sparkling water as the starting point for dinner table deep dives.
For the activation, S.Pellegrino has added thought-provoking questions to its iconic bottle label—with Hamilton taking the conversation starters for a test drive with three close friends in the brand’s short documentary.
"I've always loved spending time around the table with my friends and family, but with my schedule, it's not easy to find the time as often as I'd like. Time passes so quickly, so to sit down with S.Pellegrino and some of my oldest friends and just let the conversation flow was really special," said Hamilton in a press release. "We reconnected over shared memories and even discovered a few new things about each other along the way. It's a reminder of how great it can be to get together, to chat openly and honestly, and that finding connections is something we should all prioritise."
The film was directed by Lana Wilson and developed by global creative agency Ogilvy.
S.Pellegrino will also host a series of real life, immersive Dinner Dialogue experiences during the Miami Grand Prix weekend. The intimate dining experiences will take place in a specially crafted beachfront setting before moving on to Silverstone in July.
Other branded experienced are planned for the Cannes Film Festival and S.Pellegrino's Young Chef Academy Competition events.
